Event description

Vedanta, yoga for the mind, is an ancient philosophy that gives you balance, poise, strength and flexibility. The practice of Vedanta reduces worry, anxiety, fear, stress and depression. Making you clear, efficient and peaceful. Moreover, Vedanta provides knowledge that enables you to handle life’s challenges and changes with dignity and composure.

Vedanta, yoga for the mind, is not about standing on your head, its about standing on your own two feet and getting grounded in the ancient wisdom of Vedanta; a philosophy that originated in Himalayas over 10,000 years ago.

The Facilitator

Meredith Forder is a philosopher and Self Management consultant, who presents insights about our modern-day epidemics — stress, anxiety, fear, addictions, divorce and depression — and provides a refreshing way to overcome them.

A graduate of the Vedanta Academy in India and senior student of world-renowned spiritual master, Swami Parthasarathy, Meredith offers the essence of Eastern philosophy to our Western society, bringing a balance between outer success and inner peace of mind.

Who should attend?

Rational thinkers who want to learn how to improve their quality of life.
