Vedanta is the ancient philosophy of India that originated in the Himalayas over 10,000 years ago. It presents the higher values and eternal principles of life and living, which create inner peace and tranquility—coupled with boundless energy. A combination that promotes mental health, happiness and physical wellbeing.
The study of Vedanta confers peace of mind and clarity of intellect to deal with life's challenges with dignity, poise and ease. But most importantly, its philosophy leads you to the ultimate goal of enlightenment.
This class will be conducted by Meredith Forder, who is a graduate of the Vedanta Academy and senior student of world-renowned spiritual master Swami Parthasarathy. The class is currently going through his best selling spiritual text, Vedanta Treatise: The Eternities.
