Be one of the first to explore the brand new Communication Practice Guide - the second resource in a series designed to address each of the five Learning Outcomes in the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF). Developed by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA), the guide outlines proven strategies for supporting positive communication for children from birth to eight years.

You will:

  • Unpack the key concepts of the Communication Practice Guide + find out how it can be used to inform programs and practices at your service
  • Deepen your understanding of the importance of communication development in the early and middle years
  • Explore strategies that support successful communication, barriers to effective communication, different communication styles, and tools that can help you reflect on children’s communication
