If you're a lover of local, our Valentine's Day Picnic on the Farm is the perfect way to celebrate the day with someone special.

The farm picnic paddock, with views to The Lost World and beyond, provides the perfect spot for you to while away the hours, with the sweet sounds of Georgia Bethany live from The Barn setting the mood. Gorgeous artworks from local artists add to the atmosphere and beautiful local flowers from Elderflower Farm are the perfect addition to your Valentine's gift.

Our Gourmet Picnic hampers for two feature our own farm products. Our wood-smoked ham and kabana are always crowd favourites, handmade buttermilk crackers by Sharne & Sugar, our decadent creme fraiche dip and of course, our Jersey Girl salted cultured butter and fresh local bread - just for starters. Available to pre-order or BYO your own picnic to enjoy on the farm. Pull up a blanket or a hay bale in the picnic paddock, under the shade of the blue gums.

N.B. Picnic hampers are available for purchase separately through our farm online store, not through the eventbrite ticket system. We will send you a lovely email after your ticket purchase to give you the link to go straight to the hampers ;) Sorry for any inconvenience. You are also most welcome to BYO hamper or grab a coffee, sweet treat or one of our famous creamy ice creams from the Hut Cafe on the day).

Or for the more adventurous, why not head down to the river? The Albert still has a beautiful flow. Feel free to bring your swimmers, or your boogie board and enjoy some summertime fun on our farm.

Animal feeding is always a hit and is sure to keep the kids entertained. Make your way around the farm, bag of feed in hand to meet our sheep, calves and chickens. It's easy to make new friends at the farm when you have a bag full of feed! Farmer Dave will have a stock of fresh local pumpkins for you to join in the fun of the smashing pumpkins pig feeding!

The Hut Cafe has your morning tea sorted with our Jersey Girl ice creams and farmhouse sweet treats. Tom will have the coffee machine fired up for barista coffees.

A trip to our farm wouldn't be complete with a visit to the farm larder to fill the esky with our pork, veal and Jersey Girl artisan dairy products at the farm larder.
