Enjoy a guided meditation that can purify negative actions, destructive speech and disturbing emotions. Combined with the Four Opponent Powers, we can effectively overcome destructive habit patterns, and purify imprints left on our mind by past negative actions. It’s a perfect way to end the week – clean and clear!
The Vajrasattva meditation and chanting practice helps us to connect with the innate purity of our mind. It includes a guided visualisation, integrating the four opponent powers, and chanting the 100-syllable mantra.
Enjoy the ambience of our meditation hall, and the short reading and motivation beforehand, led by western nun Ven. Tin-la. Each participant will receive a pocket-sized booklet of the practice to take home free of charge. There will also be an opportunity for informal Q&A with Ven. Trin-la during the class.
