Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, you can. After you select your tickets, when you are asked to choose a payment type, you can choose 'Pay by invoice' and you will be emailed the invoice and your place at our course will be reserved.
What's the COVID policy?
Your safety is paramount to us. We continue to closely monitor state and federal government restrictions in regards to COVID-19. We are confident of running in-person training events in 2021.
In the event that COVID-19 government border restrictions prevent us from running a course face-to-face, we will provide you with 3 options:
- Attend the course virtually
- Transfer your registration to a course at a later date
- Transfer you to our UX Essentials online training course
In the event that you are unable to attend because you have COVID-19 symptoms and are being tested, the following conditions will apply:
- 8 or more days notice - full refund (if you have been instructed to quarantine during the period of training and/or have a positive COVID-19 test).
- Less than 8 days notice - a 10% cancellation fee will apply OR you can transfer to our UX Essentials online training course in the event you have been instructed to quarantine during the period of training, are showing symptoms and/or are awaiting test results.
Evidence may be required if a partial or full refund is requested.
In the event of any course cancellations or postponements, PeakXD will not be responsible for any travel costs incurred by registered participants. We encourage participants to book refundable and flexible travel for all of our training courses.
What's the refund policy?
Cancellations received 30 days or more before the course start date will incur a 25% administration fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days are non-refundable.
In the event that PeakXD postpones or cancels a course (e.g. due to insufficient numbers or snap lock-downs), attendees can elect to receive a full refund or have their payment transferred to a future course. We reserve the right to change the venue to equivalent standard and location within 5km of the CBD of the booked city, or to a virtual event if lockdown restrictions prevent the trainer or a significant number of attendees from participating.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, email us at any time to update registration information. We will send you an email requesting more information from you closer to the event date.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, for requests received 30 days or more before to the course start date, attendees can transfer to another course in an alternative city, or date however this is subject to availability and may incur a 20% administration fee. Attendees can be substituted at any time.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Attendees can be substituted at any time. However BCS examination requires registration of the attendee prior to sitting the exam, and candidate must provide photo identification at the time of the exam. Additional exam costs may apply to substitute exam candidate.
