Event description

Description

England 932 A.D. A Kingdom divided. Legend tells of an extraordinary leader who arose from the chaos to unite a troubled kingdom. A man with a vision, who gathered Knights together in a Holy Quest. This man was Arthur, King of the Britons!

Come experience Backstage’s most disappointing musical yet; Monty Python’s Spamalot! Lovingly adapted (ripped off) from the 1970’s classic; Monty Python and The Holy Grail, Spamalot tells the tale of King Arthur, The Lady of the Lake and The Knights of The Round Table and their quest to find the legendary Holy Grail.

With only a sixteenth of the original budget from the original Musical and having already been booted out of our original theatre, Spamalot is a riotous comedy full of misfit knights, killer rabbits, dancing nuns and ferocious Frenchmen, making you wish you walked out earlier!
