Using blogs in teaching & learning - Designing for learning with technology
Event Information
Description
Do you know what a blog is or how it differs from a journal? Are you aware of how blogs can be used to foster online collaborative learning? Would you like to learn more about why teaching and professional staff might choose to use a blog and how you can set one up?
This session aims to answer all of these questions as well as provide you with ideas and examples of how blogs can be used to support teaching and learning initiatives. An overview of blog tools, links to references about how blogs are used across higher education and examples of how they are used within the University will also be shared.
