Apps allow you to do almost anything on your smartphone or tablet. From playing games, to ordering a taxi, checking the time or counting your steps, you can complete lots of tasks and activities using apps. In this course, you’ll discover some ways apps can help you to manage your health and wellbeing and make healthier lifestyle choices.
