Join us for the combined IMPACCT, Faculty of Health, UTS & Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing Chronic, Aged and Palliative Care Symposium.
The symposium will focus on identifying areas for future collaboration across topics related to cardiovascular disease, substance use disorders, vulnerable populations, mental health, palliative care, and other chronic health care issues.
