Are you ready to wrap up your Sunday in a deeply relaxing and restorative way?

Join Madelaine as she guides you through a beautifully restorative yin yoga sequence designed to gently open the body and calm the mind.

Yin Yoga is a simple yet deeply effective practice. Madelaine believes in yin's power to combat the chaos of our busy modern lives and refuel us to so we can function efficiently - from a calm and centred place.

Anyone can practice yin yoga. This includes beginners, those with injuries, exhausted parents, stressed out corporates and even your nanna.

This is perfect for you if:

  • You love to relax
  • Gently opening and melting the body into gorgeous juicy (not crazy) shapes
  • calming the mind
  • calming your nervous system
  • you live a chaotic life and are ready to feel more relaxed

Yin yoga is great for:

  • opening the connective tissues in the body
  • encouraging fluids back into our joints
  • relaxing the muscles

YIn Yoga is not for you if:

  • you arent going to love some peace, quiet and unplugging from the outside (and virtual) world for an hour or so!

Parking

There is plenty of free parking on the street out the front.

What do I bring?

  • Comfortable clothing (long sleeves is recommended)
  • Water
  • and an open mind
  • yoga mat (although we do have some at the studio you can borrow)
