Urban backyard food forest tour - #2 repeat tour
Event Information
About this event
You can have a productive and nourishing backyard, no matter how big or small your space. In just two years, Camberwell resident, Jian Liu (with help from her family) has transformed her urban backyard into a highly productive and beautiful edible garden complete with over 80 varieties of fruits, heirloom vegetables, flowers, chickens, productive fish pond, worm farms, compost bins and a greenhouse.
You are invited to join Jian for a tour of her garden. Not only will you be inspired by what can be achieved in a relatively small space, but Jian will give you tips and hints learned from her own productive food gardening journey.
Jian has appeared on ABC TV's Gardening Australia My Garden Path video story and is a writer for ABC’s Organic Gardener magazine. She has her own Melbourne Foodforest website full of useful resources.
