Event description
Films and documentaries helping us understand what it is to be human.

About this event

The UQAS Film Night is a social event for anyone interested in anthropology held at the University of Queensland. The purpose of this event is to bring students, staff, and interested people together to watch fantastic films and documentaries, and get to know each other in a fun, relaxed environment.

If you're fresh to the university, an old familiar face, or just an interested stranger, you're sure to find some incredibly kind and welcoming people who would love you to come and hang out.

This event begins at the Redroom at 4pm where we have something to eat (courtesy of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences). At around 5pm we head to Forgan Smith E302 for the film.

The next night, 3 November, will show Arrival.

If you have questions, can't find us, or need help dodging bin chickens, call Dion on 0478513877
