Description

UNSW Sydney invites you to join the newly appointed Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Professor Claire Annesley, as she hosts our newest digital conversation series - #UNSWFromHome.

Growing up digitally: a guide for parents

With approximately 85% of Australian children learning remotely at times during the COVID-19 pandemic, the impact of children’s significant access to digital technologies is a key concern for both parents and educators. What does the research tell us, and how can we best educate our children from home?

Join Dr Amy Graham, a Research Fellow from the Gonski Institute for Education, as she explains the findings of the Growing Up Digital Australia report and provides practical advice to establishing healthy digital habits for our children.

If you would like to submit a question to our speaker to answer during this event please complete that section on the registration form or email alumnievents@unsw.edu.au
