UNSW Global Launchpads Summit 2026
Overview
On 10 February 2026, UNSW is bringing startup founders together with global investors and international government partners across 10 dedicated country rooms—USA, China, India, Germany, France, Singapore, UAE, Japan, Korea, UK and Indonesia. This UNSW Global Launchpads is a 1-day summit where tech startups gain concrete pathways to global markets.
1 day. 11 markets. Real doors opened. Hosted by UNSW Founders and the Office of Global Affairs, highlighting Australia's #1 entrepreneurial university's leadership in turning breakthrough startups win globally.
This event celebrates the success of UNSW Global Landing Pads and officially launches the Global Innovation Foundry where UNSW's ambitious initiative to help 100 startups scale globally with our support in 2026.
Through the Global Innovation Foundry UNSW startups receive market entry consultations that go beyond general trade intelligence, offering sector-specific market entry and regulatory guidance for health tech, bio tech, climate tech, and deep tech. Startups benefit from direct R&D partner introductions, and investor connections. Each startup receives a Global Market Readiness assessment providing a tangible blueprint for next steps.
The day includes startup showcases, a keynote by Vice-Chancellor Professor Attila Brungs, expert panels, fireside chats and strategic networking with Australian startups, UNSW leadership and the global innovation ecosystem.
