After the huge success of ‘Unpacking the Indian Lunchbox’, Cooking Circles Canberra is now ‘Unrolling the Indian Dosa’.

We will get to see, make and taste a variety of different types of dosa, sit down to a dinner treat of this South Indian, crispy filled savoury rice crepe speciality with accompaniments and take home the recipes and ‘know-how’.

Tickets on sale until Tuesday 5th September (no refunds after this date).

Cooking Circles is a network of largely women and girls who come together to cook. Events and activities build a sense of community and create connections between people.

Cooking Circles was inspired by the women of Timor Leste, and in 2014 began with in home dinners, followed by community centre lunches in 2015. In addition, restaurant and cafe workshops now run several times a year. Cooking Circles is a profit for purpose, community-based initiative owned and run by those in the network.
