Unravel & Release: Sound Bath | A restorative evening to close out the year

Before we step into 2026, this is your space to exhale, reflect and release the weight of 2025 in a calm and supported environment.

Across the evening you will be guided through a blend of meditation, breath work, internal reflection and deep rest. You will be taken into a soothing sound bath using crystal bowls and other healing instruments that encourage the body and mind to unwind. The intention is to help you process, settle and create a sense of inner spaciousness after a full and busy year.

This is a restorative space for you to acknowledge what you have carried, honour what you have walked through and gently let go of what you no longer need. No pressure, no hype and no rushing into the next chapter. Just time to breathe, reconnect and feel supported.
