When was the last time you explored the outdoors? grounded yourself? indulged with deliciously healthy food? or had a glass wine (vegan-friendly wine that is) with some like-minded people? when was the last time you put you first?

Let's be real for a moment, it's rare we treat ourselves, it's rare we make time to nourish our bodies and it's rare we learn how to incorporate nature, food and mindfulness to benefit our wellbeing.

This is why Ranger Dan decided to come up with a day trip to help busy people switch off. The Unplug day retreat is specifically designed for busy entrepreneurs or business people who are keen to take a day out to focus on themselves, whilst being apart of a small intimate group of great people.

Incorporating mindfulness through yoga and meditation together with health and lifestyle management through food and nutrition. Ranger Dan wants to remind people how to reconnect with nature and themselves whilst relaxing their mind in order to unplug from their busy lives.

What will the day include?

The day will start bright and early with a pickup from One Roof - Coworking space at 7:30 am. You'll be greeted with coffee or tea on arrival to get that caffeine hit.

After a scenic drive to Warburton to escape the city smoke, we'll visit the beautiful redwood forest where we will stop for a stroll and morning tea.

The day will include a mindfulness hour complete with a yoga session (suitable for beginners). 

You'll be refuelled with a healthy and nutritious lunch prepared by Jasmine, Founder of the Wholesome Heart. Jasmine will also lead a nutrition session (outlined below) and walk us through how to deal with everyday stress and talk us through the part that sleep, food and self-appreciation have on our wellbeing.

Ranger Dan will then take us to one of his favourite sites in the Yarra Ranges and walk us through a temperate rainforest to the Ada Tree.

To conclude the day, we will stop at a local eco-conscious and vegan-friendly vineyard for wine-tasting and an indulgent afternoon snack.

This unique day trip is specially designed for those wanting to explore nature, become grounded, unplug and understand mindfulness activities, whilst being educated on what part nutrition and self-love have on stress management

Nutrition Session Explained:

Whilst you enjoy your Nourishing winter lunch, created by The Wholesome Heart, Jasmine will share with you her top tips how to manage and nourish your body through times of high stress. Stress is sadly inevitable in our day to day lives and it is our job to create a strong mind and body to support ourselves.

This session is all about educating and empowering you to thrive, showing you how to create a healthy lifestyle for even the busiest of women! Simple, actionable steps you can take home and start straight away.

You will also take home all of the recipes you have eaten on the day, that can be recreated quickly at home on the go! Plus, Jasmine’s ‘Nourishing Breakfasts on the GO! eBook’.

You'll walk away from the day feeling refreshed and recharged.





After Studying the Australian Bushlands, Ranger Dan went on to become a tour guide at Australia’s Phillip Island Penguin Parade and Koala Conservation Centre.

For years after he went on to travel some of the World’s most interesting and beautiful Countries and Cultures. From staying in the World’s biggest slum in Mumbai, India, living independently in the Mountains of Nepal, discovering the untraveled roads of East Timor to coaching across Europe. Ranger Dan has done the lot on a shoestring and also the more luxurious type of travelling.

Spending his younger life in the Car with Mum, as she showed around his overseas family to some of Australia’s most beautiful locations, he was inspired to follow her passion, to give people a personal experience while seeing the most amazing places.


Jasmine Fitzgibbon, is a Health & Nutrition Coach specialising in Women’s health, with her unique holistic approach to gut health, balancing hormones, nutrition and mindfulness. From working in the demanding corporate world, she found herself overworked & undernourished resulting in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and a long list of illnesses. Jasmine made it her mission to share her story to empower and educate women on taking better care of themselves and not end up where she did. From smoothies to self-love and everything in between. 

Jasmine completed her studies at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

She enjoys nothing more than to catch up over a bulletproof coffee and one of her favourite bliss balls!

It was such an amazing day to just ground myself and get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city life.
