His passion, motivation and focus on creating value for others has enabled him to enjoy great success across a diverse range of sectors working with some of the world's leading and most respected brands across the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Before taking the helm at eccoh he was Director of Sales and Business Development with global professional services firm Deloitte, where his division become fastest growing and most profitable in the firm. He has enjoyed success as a result of his own efforts, as a member of high performing teams and by building and leading high performing teams.
