Have you ever felt inspired to make a big life change? Have you ever charged down the path to self-improvement only to lose steam a month later? Well, you are not alone. It’s a cliché, yes: but change is hard.
According to Harvard professors Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey when we fail at a goal the problem isn’t always inertia or lack of willpower – often it’s an emotional immune system covertly at work, driven from hidden assumptions we hold. To arrive at lasting change you must dig deep to identify what may be working in opposition to your goal.
Join us for a fascinating and fun workshop where you can take time to focus on yourself and a goal that's important to you. Bring a friend and enjoy the support of fellow participants and maybe even walk away with one of our lucky door prizes.
The workshop will be facilitated by Fiona Blakely from The Cadence Company who has beeen trained by Kegan and Lahey on their 4-step Immunity to Change process. Fiona used the methodology on herself to help achieve a goal of completing a Triathlon this October. All funds raised will go towards the Breast Cancer Foundation in memory of our loved ones who have lost their fight to this disease.
