About this Event
Face to face engagement - Four sessions of exploring our energy, our social connections, our emotions and resilience.
We are keeping the groups small so that everyone will have a chance to create and express themselves and learn about some important aspects wellness.
Themes each day will include ~ Keeping routines, Connecting with others, Seeking help, "Me" time, Eating well, Perspective, Staying active, Sleep, Screen Time.
Check-in -15 min (talking stick)
Yoga 40 min class of yoga, mindfulness/meditation and breathing
Art Therapy 40 min art therapy session, using multi-model arts(drawing, painting, collage, music, drumming, eco walks, meet the animals, drama & dance)
Reflection (talking stick/share)
Limited numbers - only six children per session with facilitator and volunteer.
