Event description

Description

This interactive workshop will explore the application of behavioural insights (BI) to Victorian public policy issues. Participants will learn to identify projects that will benefit from the application of BI, and be given practical tools they can incorporate to improve policy and program outcomes.

Participants in this course will:

  • Gain an increased understanding of human behaviour and its drivers
  • Obtain new skills and tools to apply a systems approach to explore policy or service challenges
  • Learn, and practice, a behaviourally-focused method for identifying, defining and prioritising target audiences and key behaviours to address policy challenges.

This workshop is suitable for all members of the VPS (recommended for VPS4-6).
