Event description

Description

Transactional Analysis (TA) is a model for understanding human behaviour and relationships of self and others.

This course will examine the theory of TA including;

  • structure of personality

  • transactions (the way we relate to others)

  • how we structure our time

  • our repetitive unhelpful patterns, and

  • our life script or story.

This two day course is an excellent introduction to anyone who is interested in personal growth and change and more fully understanding themselves and their relationships with others. It is also particularly helpful to those who work in the helping professions or other areas that involve working with others.

This is the official 101 course recognised by national and international TA bodies as the standard approved introduction to enter advanced training in TA. It can also be used to satisfy professional personal development requirements (12 hours). A booklet will be provided to each participant.

Cost: $310 for two days. Morning and afternoon tea is included.
