Understanding Financial Statements for Non-Financial Manager

Understanding Financial Statements for Non-Finance Managers is a practical and hands-on workshop on how to interpret and read the three key financial statements; the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement. By the end of this course you will be able to analysis a company's performance based on their financial statements, and identify key areas of concerns. You will learn how to use common financial ratios to quickly identify trends, and areas of the business to further investigate. We will be analyzing the financial statements of public companies so that you become comfortable in navigating these type of documents.
At the completion of this course, participants should be able to read and understand a Balance Sheet, an Income Statement and a Statement of Cash Flows, and understand the nature and purpose of each statement.
