In addition to the Understanding Anxiety Forum; WayAhead, in conjunction with Willoughby City Council and local health providers, is holding a Mental Health Expo in Chatswood Mall on Wednesday April 5. The Expo is aimed at the general population but will also have a strong multi-lingual component to cater for the culturally diverse community that is Chatswood.

Think of the Mental Health Expo as a marketplace for local mental health providers to meet and greet visitors. Come along, take a short “Check Up from the Neck Up” with a bilingual psychologist in the NSW Mental Health Commission’s tent or enjoy a session of Tai Chi. Like any marketplace, there will be food from Chatswood's great food outlets on offer - free!

There will also be an Understanding Anxiety Forum for Mandarin Speakers on Wednesday, April 5, 10 am - 12pm also at the Dougherty Centre. To book for the Mandarin Forum please use this link - https://mandarinanxietychatswood.eventbrite.com.au
