Due to unforeseen circumstances WayAhead is cancelling the Anxiety events that were scheduled for the 12th September in Broken Hill.

We are hopeful that we can still provide these events at a later date.

We are very happy to collect names of people who are interested in these events so that we can be in touch when we have a new date. My contact details are below.

Free Public Forum - Understanding Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety Disorders and are a serious mental health issue. They are the most commonly experienced mental illness affecting 14% of the population.

WayAhead are pleased to present the latest information and treatments on Anxiety Disorders including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Agoraphobia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

The presentation will feature experts in the field, those who have or are experiencing anxiety, and their carers. This presentation will suit people with an Anxiety Disorder, their carers and health professionals.

Information on service providers in the Broken Hill area will also be available.


Attendees are asked to arrive from 5:30 pm for a prompt start at 6:00 pm.

RSVP for catering purposes is essential.

A detailed agenda is currently being developed and will be sent to all registrants when ready.
