Event description

Description

Join us for the HunterWiSE Network's first event of the year; a chance to hear special guest, Professor Amanda Ellis, speak about the many pathways she has navigated over the course of her career to get where she is today; Professor of Chemical Engineering at The University of Melbourne, global expert in DNA programming, and 2018 recipient of the RACI Margaret Sheil Leadership Award.

Amanda believes the pathway to success lies in great mentorships, strong support networks, and collaboration, and hopes that in the future, equity and equality in science will be the norm rather than the exception for women in STEM.

We welcome students, researchers and professionals from all STEM fields.
