About this event

Aimed for all health professionals.

The aim of this education session is to develop health professionals understanding on the diagnosis, treatment, management, and referral pathways for the person with lymphoedema.

At the end of the session participant will:

  • Assess the presenting features and how to make a diagnosis of lymphoedema
  • Review the referral pathways for optimal care of person with lymphoedema
  • Examine commonly missed diagnosis, investigation and management of person with lymphoedema

Mr. Brian Simpson, Physiotherapist, Dr. Helena Williams, General Practitioner Specialist and Prof. Neil Piller, Director SALHN Lymphoedema Clinical Research Unit.
