Cheapest parking for City West Lotteries House (CWLH) is at the Watertown precinct (Formerly Harbourtown). Then cross Sutherland street and enter by rear gate on Sutherland street which is near to the train subway. There is reasonable street parking on Delhi, Campbell and Collins street which are all around Harold Boas Gardens.

The session will cover the questions that are frequently asked by families about the transition from childhood to adulthood, particularly at ages 16 and 18.
We will discuss:
• Carer payments/allowance 16+years, evidence of disability
• Health care card entitlements, application and eligibility
• Disability Support Pension application for 16-year-olds
• Talking to Centrelink, Medicare and NDIS as your child’s nominee
• Opening bank accounts
We will have guest presenters from Carers WA to share their knowledge in this area.
