About this Event
TRX training uses suspended adjustable straps providing you with incredible muscular and cardiovascular benefits.
This simple workout is for all abillity levels and encourages you to move and feel better. TRX training utilises 7 simple movements to activate a whole body workout that is fast, fun and effective.
Whether you're just starting out on your fitness journey or your pushing for your next goals, TRX training meets you right where you're at.
PLEASE NOTE: This class is for community members of George Place only.
This class will be limited to 20 people for social distancing purposes and we will have a hand sanitiser station at the door.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of the class in order to complete an online health waiver and COVID-19 form using your mobile phone.
If you are feeling unwell or have any of the following symptoms: coughing, fever, sore throat or difficulty breathing we ask you to please not attend the class.
