Event description

Description

We are delighted to announce our upcoming View from the Top masterclass, Trust and Talent - twin peaks of 'future work'. Our guest speaker for this event is Jane Booth, Executive Director: People, Talent & Culture at University of South Australia.

In this masterclass, Jane discusses how the world of work is changing. The familiar organisational paradigm of corporate structures and developing high performing, engaged employees won't fit. Trust will be central to fully leveraging the talents of those we interoperate and collaborate with to create value. We'll need new skills, new ways of viewing systems and a mindset that navigates the known and the unknown with confidence.

Having held key leadership positions at the BBC, Pricewaterhouse, Adelaide City Council and SA Health, Jane has a wide knowledge of talent strategy, an international perspective on people development and leadership, and a proven track record in delivering sustainable transformation in challenging business environments.

As the recently appointed Executive Director: People, Talent & Culture at UniSA, Jane works directly with the Vice Chancellor David Lloyd as a member of the University's Senior Management Group, collaborating to enable change and innovation across the University.

Registration for this event is essential. Morning tea will be provided.
