Event description

Description

Why is there a big brown bear in the museum? What creature at the zoo hangs upside down and defecates only once a week?

Find out these answers – and more – when you come along to this entertaining talk by Trevor Klein, Adelaide Zoo volunteer of 19 years. Trevor has been visiting the zoo since 1946, when he was all of three years old.

“I actually own the zoo due to all the entrance fees I have paid over the past 73 years. A sort of lay by system.”

Trevor is in the midst of researching the history of the Zoo for his forthcoming publication.

Morning tea will be provided free of charge.
