We invite you to join us for a half day Retreat with your family/ by yourself to discover the basic elements of various Yoga paths.
In a warm beautiful space learn and absorb the divine vibrations of mantras, purify the body & mind, share the wealth of Vedic knowledge and experience the deep peace and unfold an unbroken connection in the family.
The event will start with-
*Bhakti Yoga- Sunila will enchant you with simple Mantra chanting and unravel the path of devotion/heart
*Hatha Yoga- Vani will get you to purify the body and breath in an hour of Hatha yoga (gentle Asana and Pranayama practices suitable for kids)
*Jnana Yoga- This session will be an interactive one as Sunila demystifies the basics of Yoga philosophy
*Raja Yoga- To finish the day Vani will lead you on the path of Meditation for an hour which will take you into a state of deep relaxation
*Lunch- Scrumptious Sattvic- a purely vegetarian meal will be provided along with two tea breaks
