Event description

Description

Transport is being disrupted from all directions. Petrol to electric, driver to driverless, owned to vehicles as a service. Join us to discuss the future of transport.

Entrepreneur-In-Residence Kirk Drage will explore world-leading advancements in the industry, and we will hear from a panel of experts and a panel of founders working in this space.

Background

The Adelaide Smart City Studio has identified five priority sectors that present the greatest opportunity based on their comparative advantage in Adelaide and global trends. One of the five sectors identified is Transport Tech. We are actively engaging on these economic priorities to accelerate the realization of the opportunities for start-ups and entrepreneurs.

Adelaide is fast becoming a smart active transport city. We share open data on transport services and sentiment that will support user-centric planning, integration, and design of the network. Citizens will move about the city, actively, safely and happily.
