This program will provide an overview of how to process development applications which span both statutes, including how to submit and manage the applications within the new planning and development system.

This will include:

• How to process transitional development applications;
• Processing applications which have been granted a consent under the Development Act 1993.

Audience

• All Planning and Building Surveying Professionals;
• Any other professionals who support the development assessment process.

Sessions

This Transitional Development Applications webinar will be held between 1:00pm – 2:00pm.
