Annual financial reporting

Do you know how to lodge your annual financial reporting? The deadline for Self-certifying Category 1 and Self-certifying Category 2 licensees is coming up on 31 March 2021. We’ll provide a brief overview of your annual financial reporting requirements, who doesn’t have to comply and how to avoid common problems. There will also be computers and QBCC staff available at each session to help licensees with online lodgements, and with any questions about navigating the portal.

New laws for Queensland

We will also provide an update and high-level information on new laws for Queensland, including:

• the trust account framework

• the security of payment reforms

• changes to the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991

• the fire protection licensing framework

• the mechanical services licensing framework.
