Your workshop presenter will be Charisma Cubillo, Solicitor at Terri Janke and Company, a legal firm known for innovating pathways between the non-Indigenous business sector and Indigenous people in business, as well as leading in the area of Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP).

Charisma Cubillo is a Larrakia woman, born in Sydney with family in the Northern Territory. She has expertise in intellectual property and public speaking. Some of her recent matters include copyright and trade mark assignment, drafting licensing agreements (advice, registration), drafting non-disclosure agreements, drafting Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) and Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) guidelines and checklists.
