We are excited to announce our Mackay Goodwin Tour de Cure Luncheon is back and we would love to finally come together with you to raise funds and celebrate this great foundation!

Support our riders David and Thyge in the Tour de Cure. The day will consist of awesome auction/raffle prizes and plenty of entertainment, where `100% of all proceeds raised on the day will go to the Tour de Cure charity.

A massive thank you to our valued friends and clients who purchased a ticket or table last year. Your support and kind donation towards raising funds have not been forgotten. Your tables or tickets will be honoured and we can't wait to see you on the 19th of March.

When: Friday, 19th March 2021 at 12:30pm - 3:30pm

Where: Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf, Tribute Museum Room - Ground Level - 48 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009

We have teamed up with an exclusive underground cocktail bar to commence at 4:00pm at 9a Barrack Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (see pictures below).

What is Tour de Cure?

Tour de Cure is a series of challenging, magical and inspirational tours/events across Australia, that raise money to fund the boldest research, the most talented scientists and the groundbreaking projects that will have the biggest impact on cancer.

Tour de Cure is passionate about cycling but they also cover ground to cure cancer in many different ways including walking, swimming, running, dancing.

With over 48,000 cancer deaths in Australia every year and a new diagnosis of cancer every 4 minutes, Tour de Cure will not take a break! With people reluctant to go to the doctor, it’s feared even more cases will go undiagnosed, leading to more people needing treatment in the coming months and years. The challenge for our researchers is immense.

Mackay Goodwin will be participating in the Tour de Cure, riding to cure cancer charity fundraiser where David Hill and Thyge Trafford-Jones will be riding from Newcastle to Muswellbrook for 250kms which is two days of cycling. That’s right - two days! Ouch! They have been training week in, week out for this ride.

Once the lunch concludes, we have teamed up with an exclusive underground bar, where we will be hosting an event to continue the fund raising, with $1 from every drink purchased on the night going towards the Tour de Cure Foundation!

Now that's a cause I'll raise a glass too!
