About this Event
A total body workout increasing mobility, stretching the body and building strength and conditioning. This class incorporates the uses body weight for a fun and functional workout, working all major muscle groups.
This class will leave you feeling challenged, motivated and hungry for more!
This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
PLEASE NOTE: This class is for community members of 477 PITT only.
This class will be limited to 20 people for social distancing purposes and we will have a hand sanitiser station at the door.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of the class in order to complete an online health waiver and COVID-19 form using your mobile phone.
If you are feeling unwell or have any of the following symptoms: coughing, fever, sore throat or difficulty breathing we ask you to please not attend the class.
