Your local Peer Facilitator Sheila, is offering this fortnightly opportunity to come along and drop into the Toowoomba Carers Hub. A welcoming space to hang out, grab a cuppa, play a boardgame, do some mindful colouring and connect with other carers, or just simply sit and "be".
