Description

On Monday 29th January to celebrate the launch of his new book "Hong Kong Food City" much loved chef, writer, foodie and personality Tony Tan will be back in the kitchen for one night only at Sydney's Paper Bird in Potts Point. Guests will be served a three course meal designed and cooked by Tan himself, along with Paper Bird Head Chefs Ben Sears and Eun Hee An, a glass of wine and a copy of Tan's new book.
