Meeting frequency

We meet every 1st, 3rd and 5th Wednesday at 6:45pm meeting start. We finish around 8:30pm and then follow with networking and drinks in a nearby pub.

Meeting structure

A typical meeting consists of two parts: the Prepared Speeches session and the Table Topics session.

During the Prepared Speeches session, members give speeches on a freely chosen subject based on their objectives for communication and leadership development.

Within the Table Topics session, both willing guests and members have the opportunity to improve ad-hoc speaking.

At every meeting, members are encouraged to take leadership roles, such as timekeeper, grammarian or toastmaster.

By registering to attend as a guest (100% free), you are providing consent for us to contact you ahead of the event. Your timely confirmation is important for us to arrange your attendance and provide you with the full meeting details. We will also use your email address to follow-up with you after the meeting.
