The Christmas / New Year Breakthrough Series (Current Series)

The intention behind Tiny Topics™ is simple:
to clarify what’s been made complex in bite-sized conversations that no one else is having.

Tiny Topics™ is a warm, grounded space where people come together live, in real time, to talk about the things that quietly shape how we think, feel, and live.

These are conversations many people are craving — but rarely get to have.

In this series, we explore why money stress and feeling disconnected are nervous-system states, not personal flaws; why our feelings matter (not just our thoughts); how to solve the problem of seeming “lost without a map”; how different levels of empathy — whether too much or too little — shapes the way we treat ourselves and each other; and manifestation made simple — you may be surprised it's actually far more straightforward than it’s been made out to be.

Each Tiny Topic offers fresh insight, explained simply, to support you exactly where you are right now.

All live sessions are completely free.

About this series (the one currently running)

This listing is for the current Tiny Topics™ series, called the
Christmas / New Year Breakthrough Series.

It’s a themed series that includes six Tiny Topics, delivered over six weeks

This particular series is intentionally shaped around this time of year:

  • The first half of the series (December) supports winding down, making sense of what’s been heavy, and gently reconnecting with yourself
  • The second half (January) shifts toward orientation, clarity, and moving forward into the new year — without pressure or hype

You don’t need to attend everything.
You don’t need prior knowledge.
You can simply join the conversation that feels relevant now.

How Tiny Topics works

  • Each Tiny Topic runs on Thursdays and Saturdays each week, with two time options each day, so you can choose a time that suits you
  • Each session runs for up to around 90 minutes
  • Sessions include a mix of pre-recorded videos (like this sample below!) and real-time discussion — you’re welcome to ask questions, share reflections, or simply listen
