Christina Guidotti is one of Australia’s leading experts on success, belief, conviction and commitment. Christina is the founder of Leading Women – a series of transformational programs and events energising women from all walks of life to achieve sustainable success and empowerment. Ty Read is an experienced keynote speaker, trainer, consultant and coach with a strong background in real estate spanning over the last 14 years. Not only has Ty recruited, mentored and coached over 5,000 sales people, principals and business owners throughout Australia in both downturn and upturn markets, his property sales and marketing achievements, reaching over 100 sales per year, have been recognised and awarded at state, national and international levels and he has been a mentor on the national radio program REUncut and real estate radio on 5AA. As an ex-defence member, Ty understands the commitment and hard work involved with being a top performer across many areas in life and is passionate about finding out what drives and motivates his clients to help unlock their full potential and goals.

Valerie Timms

A business woman, who started out from humble beginnings and achieved her success through sheer drive and motivation to avoid a mediocre life.

Her desire to try all avenues to live her life to the full, led her to the real estate industry where in the short space of just over 2 years she became the number one award winning salesperson in Adelaide for one of the biggest Australasian franchises.

Keen to experience more, Valerie embarked upon the ownership of a franchise and very quickly catapulted her office to the number one office in SA/NT for many years. Considered a long-term elite performer within her group, she grew one of the largest businesses in the state, and spent much of her time growing, mentoring and nurturing her sales team to success, all whilst selling an elite volume of real estate. Some of her awards include:

Jason Mills

Jase leads a team, which offers creative, cutting edge marketing as well as unbeatable energy and passion.

It isn’t only the industry that recognises Jason’s energy and passion - his clients rave about him as well.

Ainsley Cahoon

Starting his career shortly after arriving in Australia in 2006, Ainsley has thrived during the peaks and troughs of market conditions over the last 11 years. Working as a successful agent in his own right and also experienced as part of a two-agent team Ainsley has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of the industry.

Working alongside Adam and Valerie Timms since January 2007, Ainsley is proof “The Grass IS greener at Timms Real Estate”.

As of January this year, Adam and Valerie have promoted him to Sales Manager. His commitment to helping our current agents grow their own personal businesses and the search for rising stars in the industry is set to make Timms Real Estate one of Adelaide’s most sought after agencies for both clients and agents alike.

Sean Muxlow

Sean’s commitment to honesty and professionalism ensures that his customers keep coming back time after time and also recommending him to their friends and family. Repeat business is a great sign that you’re doing something right, and Sean is rightfully proud of the testimonials he has received.

In addition to direct sales, Sean has also held the position of new car sales manager for Southgate Holden, giving him the management skills and experience in running a successful team. Those skills were recognised in 2009 when he won the Holden national sales manager of the year award for exceeding sales targets and achieving a high level of customer service. Sean believes in motivating his staff and works with them to get the best results possible for his clients.

Adam loves the unconventional. He is passionate about creative marketing, quality training and encouraging others to pursue their dreams. As an auctioneer he strives to entertain the crowd, encourage the buyers to bid with their heart and bring the best result to the vendor on the day.

In real estate for 15 years, he has seen many market conditions and a huge increase and reliance on technology. He knows some things don’t change however: people and their motivation for selling and buying. A student of human nature, Adam thrives on client interaction. It’s this empathy for others that has established many long term referrals and repeat sales.
