Breathwork is a powerful, gentle and self-empowering way to unlock, breathe through, and reconcile past unwanted residual emotions attached to events in your life.

Experience how conscious connected breathing can free you from your past by connecting you to your profound inner healing breath.

Bring: Water, towel or yoga mat, pillow and snack if required, pen and paper if you wish to record your session and anything else that you need for your comfort

Wear: Loose and comfortable clothing as you will be laying down for over an hour
