Description

“To effect change, we must all take risks. NOW is more than a call for change..” – Tracey Spicer

At Dress for Success Sydney, we exist to empower more women to gain the confidence they need to get back into the workforce. We see too many women coming through our showroom doors who have dealt with domestic violence and harassment that has left them with no confidence and no job.

We are very excited to be teaming up with Tracey Spicer, a passionate advocate for women's rights, to bring together passionate, powerful women in a conversation about female empowerment in 2018.

Long time Dress for Success Sydney supporter, Deborah Knight will be chatting with Tracey Spicer about: what does female empowerment mean? What can we do? Where to next?

When the #metoo movement started in the US, Tracey sent out a tweet and received 1600 disclosures from women of all industries sharing their stories of workplace sexual harassment and abuse. Tracey has been an instrumental force in Australia to bring to light allegations against some of the most powerful men in the entertainment industry.

This event has been generously sponsored by BT Financial Group and all funds raised will go directly towards supporting more women in need in NSW to gain employment.
