Did you make a New Year's resolution to exercise more? Now is your chance to get started on this promise, because our weekly bootcamp sessions are back! We proudly welcome Mickey Richards is TSH's personal trainer. Every Monday from 5:30 - 6:30
What's happening?
Get ready for a 1-hour bootcamp session that ticks all the boxes. In this session you'll build strength, fitness and mobility in one jam-packed workout. This is an event that welcomes people of all levels, whether you are just getting into exercise or wanting to spice up your fitness routine. Mickey is happy to adjust the session to your personal level.
All you have to bring is: water, athletic clothes and shoes and a positive mindset!
