About this Event
Throughout January 2021, we will be running a Kids Fun and Fitness Program for primary school aged kids within our Thurgoona community!
Each 45 minute session will be unique and Designed, Supervised and Captained by qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Sheree Chapman.
Throughout the 4 weeks, sessions may include;
- Full Body Conditioning Exercises (Body Weight Only)- Team Building Exercises/Games/Challenges- Kid appropriate Circuit Training- Nutrition games and activities (no food/drink will be given to children)- Kids dancing and aerobics
Once tickets have been purchased for the event, a registration form and information pack will be emailed out to you. This must be completed and returned prior to the event.
