Temora High School and Beyond is a program designed to inspire local students to aim high and recognise the many advantages of growing up in Temora.

In a change to previous years, the popular community session will be held inconjunction with TBEG at the Temora Bowling Club. This year it will combine the normal THS & Beyond program with a Keynote presentation on Customer Service Excellence by David Patt.

The entire community is invited to attend both of these highly anticipated segments on Friday 24th August. Admission is free, but we need attendees to register please.

KEYNOTE - Customer Service Excellence

This should be a hugely valuable presentation for not only business owners but their teams as well.

At a time when competition is fierce from all angles, it seems crazy that ‘Customer Service’ still seems to be lacking from many operations accross all industries.

David Patt has 18 years of experience as Concierge in the 5 Star Hotel Industry. Before changing career paths, David was Chief Concierge and head of Customer Experience of Intercontinental Sydney. Starting off in the position of Porter, David worked in a variety of roles including Doorman, Bell Captain, Guest Relations and Reception before entering the world of Concierge.

In recent years, David has become a member of the esteemed group of Concierge professionals, Les Clefs d'Or. David has also taken out three consecutive Tourism Accommodation Australia awards, being awarded Concierge of the Year in 2012, 2013 and 2014. In 2015, David was inducted into the TAA Hall of Fame.

David is responsible for ongoing development, growth and management of the Sydney International Airport operations of Assetlink, in current and evolving market conditions. He oversees a cleaning, operational and

maintenance team of 300 people – including managing the day to day operations of the Etihad Airways 6 star lounge.

David previously spent 18 years in the 5 star hospitality industry, obtaining Hall of Fame status at the Australian Tourism Accommodation Australia Awards for service.
