Aimed at coaches working in schools and clubs, this practical masterclass will look at how to coach the technical model of Discus and Shot Put (glide and rotary techniques).
The session will be hosted by two of Australia's internationally respected throwing coaches:
Denis Knowles - Coach of World Championships gold (2009) and silver (2017) medallist, Dani Samuels.
Peter Taylor - Former AIS Head Throws Coach
